The Humble Travelers Foundation accepts online donations through our authorized third-party donation platform, Zeffy. By making a donation, you agree to the following:

• Tax Deductibility: The Humble Travelers Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. You will receive a donation receipt for your records.
• No Refund Policy: All donations are final and non-refundable except in cases of documented processing error. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us at info@humbletravelers.org within 30 days of the transaction.
• Use of Funds: Donations support the general mission and programs of The Humble Travelers Foundation. Unless a specific fund or program is designated at the time of giving, the Foundation retains discretion to allocate contributions where they are most needed.
• Third-Party Processing: Online transactions are processed through Zeffy. Your payment information is subject to Zeffy's privacy policy and terms of service. We do not store your payment card information on our systems.
• Recurring Gifts: If you enroll in a recurring monthly donation, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@humbletravelers.org.

By volunteering with or participating in programs offered by The Humble Travelers Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Voluntary Participation: All volunteer activities and community programs are participated in voluntarily. You are not an employee of the Foundation and are not entitled to compensation.
• Code of Conduct: All volunteers and program participants are expected to treat others with dignity, respect, and kindness — consistent with our core values of inclusion, equity, and community-led action. Discrimination, harassment, or conduct that creates an unsafe environment will not be tolerated.
• Safety & Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety during volunteer activities and community events. The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to provide safe programming, but cannot guarantee the absence of all risk.
• Photography & Media: The Foundation may photograph or record events and activities for documentation, outreach, and marketing purposes. By participating in public programs or events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member or volunteer coordinator prior to the event.
• Community Submissions: When you submit a community idea, recipe, story, or other content through our Website or programs, you grant The Humble Travelers Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our mission and programming.
