Volunteers help THTF turn ideas into real public experiences. Some roles are public-facing. Some are behind the scenes. All of them matter.
Volunteer pathways
Choose the kind of involvement that matches your energy, comfort level, and availability.
Events
Welcome guests, support cultural booths, manage wayfinding, assist youth activities, and help with setup or breakdown.
Programs
Support outreach, materials preparation, participant support, translation help, and on-site logistics.
Community outreach
Represent THTF at neighborhood gatherings, parks, or community partner sites and help people understand what we offer.
Skill-based help
Design, photography, translation, facilitation, admin help, or specialized support for specific initiatives.
Short-shift support
Not everyone can commit long hours. We welcome smaller commitments when they are reliable and clearly scoped.
Priority encouragement
We actively welcome volunteers seeking community connection, including people living in shelters, transitional housing, or alternative housing.
